I would start it but I don't have the time to run blogs because of work, sadly- but have you ever considered a Mass Effect mad libbing blog? That way you won't be limited by something like a transcription programme, but by the creativity of you and your followers (and with over 4,000 of them, SOMETHING'S gotta give, right? man, you're getting followers like Shepard gets credits in ME1)

Hey gang, while I’ve been gone, we surpassed another milestone. I’m floored, and y’all fawkin’ rock. However, I’m afraid this is going to be something of a bittersweet occasion. Due to several reasons, this blog is going on an extended hiatus. Here are the big two:
- I’ve gone through many, many hours of playthrough videos, and after a while, I’ve come to realize that most of what audio transcribe is giving me is the same. Even the lion’s share of the submissions I’ve been getting recently is stuff I already posted weeks ago.
- School shit.
Now, I’d like to stress that this is by no means a permanent hiatus. When Leviathan drops, I’ll probably wait a week or so for playthrough videos to make their way to youtube and for y’all to play through it yourselves, (most Mass Effect fans don’t like spoilers, who knew!), then I’ll start looking for funny caps again. Also, I’ve considered possibly trying to make caps of Paragon Lost when it eventually shows up on Youtube, but I’m still mulling that idea over.
But in the meantime, here’s what’s going to happen:
Over the next few days, I’m going to start posting my remaining collection of caps, the ones that caught my eye, but didn’t exactly scream, “POST ME NOW, SON.” Also, I will finally brave the submission box and try and post the best of what I find.
After that, I’ll end with a post recognizing the work of those who contributed the most to truly making this blog special, followed by two lists of captions. The first will be my personal favorites, (my very own godtier, if you will), and the second will be an updated list of the most popular posts. I also might slip in a link to a transcribe side project I’m conjuring up, if it ends up actually being funny.
And to all those good people out there, asking for my permission/blessing to make their own transcribe blogs, please, by all means, go forth and do so! And send me a link when you do, I’d love to check it out.
